About us

We are pleased and thank you for your interest in our company MB Management and Consulting AG. MB Management and Consulting AG was founded in 1991 by Mike Benz with the aim of offering real estate management services for gastronomy and the hotel sector.

Our success is based on experience mainly through the management of own or collectively managed gastronomy properties in Switzerland such as Zurich, Lucerne, Scuol, Klosters, Obersaxen as well as hotels close to Zurich or Langenthal.

Experience and network

We love to share our decades of experience with you especially when it comes to know-how about high frequency gastronomy. We develop for you an individual management concept and support you in your daily management tasks.

Since 1991 we are engaged in several topics related to real estate management. On an entire success basis, we sell real estates across entire Switzerland, develop real estate projects and many more.

Additionally, we can provide professional real estate valuation of your property and are part of the Swiss Real Estate Valuation Association (SIV).

With passion

Our professional experience in the hotel and real estate industry has shown to us the great need for support and information in old age. Questions about housing law, usufruct, real estate exchange, age-appropriate living possibilities, will, advance directives, living wills or about family authorities often came up. Through close collaborating with a broad network of trustworthy partners, we are able to additionally offer you an optimal range of services in the field of consultation for issues of the second half of your life.
